Mango, Lime and Macadamia Yoghurt Ice-blocks
Looking for a healthier alternative to your favourite ice-cream this Summer? These yoghurt ice-blocks will certainly hit the spot! Having a yoghurt base means that these ice-blocks will be higher in calcium and protein compared to ice-cream. This makes a filling and healthy snack or dessert. Enjoy!

Step 1
Toast macadamia nuts in a hot, dry pan until fragrant. Set aside.

Blend or process mango and lime juice until smooth. Fold through macadamia nuts and yoghurt.

Spoon mixture evenly between ten 80ml (1/3-cup) ice-block moulds. Freeze overnight.
